Preparing for SHARE Orlando
Speaker Checklist
- Complete SHARE Orlando Speaker Agreement – Due Friday, Jan. 9
- Register for SHARE Orlando
- Attend the SHARE Speaker Orientation Webinar
- Upload your session material(s) – Due Monday, Feb. 2
Complete Your Speaker Agreement
All speakers must complete the SHARE Speaker Agreement by Friday, Jan. 9. Only one (1) agreement is required per speaker. If you agree to present at SHARE Orlando and your availability changes later, please email the education team at speakers@share.org.
Log back into the submission system and confirm your acceptance by Jan. 9, 2026. Once your submission is confirmed, submit your Speaker Agreement by following these steps:

While logged into the submission system, navigate to the “Make a New Submission” tab at the top of the page.
NOTE: If you are Focus Area Leader or Track Manager, ensure that you select your “Submitter” role from the dropdown in the top left corner.

Select the Speaker Agreement form and complete all required fields.
NOTE: If you are a speaker on more than one session, you only need to submit one speaker agreement.
Speaker Agreements not received by Jan. 9, may result in removing the speaker’s session(s) from the program.
Register for Orlando
All speakers must register for the event. Please visit the SHARE Orlando registration page to view speakers' rates and register. The speaker registration discount will be automatically applied.

SHARE Session Materials
All SHARE speakers are highly encouraged to upload a PDF copy of their slide deck and/or supplemental session handouts to enhance the attendees' learning experience.
- Download the SHARE Presentation Template to create your slide deck
- Name your slide deck file with your session ID, underscore, then the title with no spaces or special characters
- ex: TECH101SampleTitle
NOTE: Your file name should not include any special characters and can not exceed 150 characters.
- All materials must be uploaded by Monday, Feb. 2, to be available to attendees during SHARE Orlando
- Visit the Presentation Resources page for tips to deliver a successful presentation.
Upload Your Session Materials
- Log in to the submission site and navigate to the “My Submissions” tab.
- Below your accepted session(s) you will see “Stage 2: Presentation Materials”
- Click “Submit the next stage” and you will be prompted to upload your slides
All session changes must be submitted through the Change Request Form. Submit your session changes by Monday, Feb. 9. After this deadline, only urgent session changes will be accepted. Please email speakers@share.org with urgent session change requests.
Promote Your Session
We have created a variety of resources to help you promote your participation at SHARE Orlando. Download the Speaker Marketing Toolkit for talking points, an email template you can use to send to customers, and an email signature.
Spread the word on social media: Generate interest in your attendance now by taking advantage of SHARE's active and growing social media communities, as well as your own social networks, to promote your upcoming participation.
