All exhibits must be opened and staffed during the show hours. Exhibitors will be required to exit the Exhibit Hall as soon as the show closes each day.

All booths must be dismantled by Wednesday, March 8, 2023 by 1:00 p.m.

Exhibitor Services Manual
Shepard is the official decorator of this event, and all other official vendors are listed within this manual. Shepard will also be sending an email that includes the link and login instructions to the online manual. You must be logged in to access the manual.
Please refer to this online manual for all show information such as shipping, booth furnishings, AV services, and more. Pay close attention to the Important Dates to ensure timely ordering or submissions that will save you money on your booth package. The discount deadline for Shepard orders is Monday, February 13.

Shipments should arrive between Friday, February 3, 2023 and Friday, February 24, 2023. All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to a surcharge. Please note that the instructions for shipping in advance differ from those for shipping to show site.

Direct to show site (Hyatt Regency Atlanta) shipments will be able to be received beginning on Saturday, March 4.
Exhibitor Registration
An email will be forth coming with registration information to register your staff.
Exhibit Booth Staff Only: As a partner, companies receive (3) complimentary partner badges per 10’x10’ booth space. Attendees with Exhibit Booth Staff Only badges will not be able to attend Technical Sessions. This registration type is only applicable to registered partners.
Additional Booth Staff Passes: Additional booth staff only passes can be purchased for $499 each. Attendees with Exhibit Booth Staff Only badges will not be able to attend Technical Sessions. This registration type is only applicable to registered partners.
Partner – Full Conference Upgrade: As a partner, companies receive (1) upgrade to a full a conference badge at a discounted rate of $1,695 per 10’ x 10’ booth space. This registration type is only applicable to registered partners. Additional Full Conference passes can be purchased at the standard attendee rate.

Invoices
You should have received an email including your invoice from SHARE Accounts Receivable Coordinator – Yesy Garcia (YGarcia@txsha.org). Please pay close attention to remittance instructions and respond directly to Yesy if you have any questions or concerns about your invoice or payment.
Housing
Click here to access more information about housing. The deadline to reserve a hotel room with the SHARE discounted rate is Friday, February 3, 2023 (or until rooms sell out, whichever occurs first).
IMPORTANT NOTE: Note that the Hyatt Atlanta Regency is the only official hotel associated with our event. While hotel resellers and travel bureaus may contact you offering accommodations for your trip, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the show. SHARE will never call you to confirm your hotel reservation.
