In this two-part tutorial aimed at new users, two speakers from ISPF Development will describe the ISPF user interface and will provide an overview of many of the functions available with ISPF. In part 1 of 2, they will discuss the ISPF user interface, how it is structured, and how to exploit common features. Topics include:

 

• Starting ISPF
• The Primary Option Menu
• Panel format
• Navigating in ISPF
• Using commands and function keys
• Getting help
• Split screen mode
• Ending ISPF

This is a prelude to part 2 of 2 that will cover the three areas you will use the most.
