Learn how virtual tape replication can improve mainframe backup and recovery processes while driving down IT costs.  Virtual tape with WAN-optimized storage and file replication eliminates the costly need to handle, pack, ship and store tapes at a remote tape vault, reduces floorspace and saves on utility costs, all while improving the enterprise data center's Recovery Point Objective and Recovery Time Objective.  Current case studies of organizations that have successfully implemented mainframe virtual tape with replication for backup and disaster recovery will be discussed.
