This session will discuss common IMS performance and availability management issues and demonstrate how to more effectively use monitoring technology, such as OMEGAMON XE for IMS to address these issues.  The presentation will cover practical real world example scenarios of how to identify, isolate, and resolve IMS performance bottlenecks.  The presentation will also discuss how to make the most effective use of real time monitoring technology, using OMEGAMON XE For IMS as an example, to find and address these issues.  The session will discuss real time monitoring, historical performance analysis, integrated performance automation, and alert management best practices.  This presentation is of interest to all those who want to get more out of their monitoring and management technology.
