Yes, you can use modern DevOps-oriented testing frameworks to test mainframe applications. Learn how to leverage enterprise tools to build out a comprehensive test automation plan beyond simple unit test cases for your mainframe-connected applications. In this session, we will go through some working examples of writing mainframe tests for UNIT, SYSTEMS, PERFORMANCE and INTEGRATION testing. We will be using modern testing frameworks like Jest and MochaJS to perform asynchronous automated testing of CICS transactions and Db2 look-ups.
