TECH_272: From Journeys to Roadmaps AI-Curated Learning for New Mainframers

To support new talent in the evolving mainframe ecosystem, we applied AI to uncover real-world learning patterns. By analyzing 100+ community sessions and 200+ voices, we identified key themes, skills, and roadblocks for newcomers. These insights shaped a restructured Mainframe Open Education GitBook. Attendees will gain a replicable, AI-enhanced framework to accelerate onboarding, close skill gaps, and build resilient teams grounded in authentic learner experiences.
