The use of GenAI for mainframe operations. At Morgan Stanley we have successfully implemented the use of GenAI in our production environment to summarize mainframe abend data. We will continue to add more data sources for GenAI consumption and provide better summaries to L1 Operation support. This has reduced manual actions and abend MTTR while freeing operations resources to do more impactful work. What else can we use GenAI for in mainframe operations? Let's discuss.
