Current configuration management for Z can be complex with a myriad of tools and ways to understand the configuration of different parts of your systems in Z and manage it. In this interactive session, we will work together to identify key challenges in simplifying configuration management, tools and strategies for automating tasks, and brainstorm solutions that reduce errors and standardize processes. We will also share the work IBM Z has done to date to simplify configuration in Z and discuss best practices for implementing change with clarity and confidence. By the end of the session, participants will have a better understanding of the direction IBM Z will take in simplifying configuration management and how to communicate and manage potential future changes effectively to their teams.
