Nowadays, new business problems and demands emerge constantly. Having the
ability to solve it timely is crucial. We will show how NextGen Developers,
using modern tools such as Zowe and VS Code, which they are likely familiar
with, can solve business problems and demands. Comparing common business
oriented computer languages such as Easytrieve and COBOL; we will present how to
burst productivity and overall performance. We will share outcomes of a
usability study to support (or refute?) this theory.
