Our team will be constantly working behind-the-scenes to create the best event possible at SHARE Boston. SHARE On-site Assistance is a valuable tool that allows you to connect with staff via text to get answers to any of your questions while attending the event and ask for help.

How to Sign Up

No app required! With SHARE On-site Assistance , you do not have to download anything to your phone. No sign-up process necessary, simply text the number provided during the week of the event.

Should something come up, you can reply to any text messages from SHARE Boston and be immediately connected with on-site staff. A team member will respond via text message (note: your contact info is confidential and not shared with them).

Q: How much does this service cost?

A: The service is free to use; however, because SHARE On-site Assistance leverages SMS text messages, message and data rates may apply from your mobile phone provider. If you have an international phone number, international SMS Text Message rates may apply.

Q: What do you do with my mobile phone number?

A: We take privacy and your contact info seriously. By opting into this service, your mobile phone number will be used for the sole purpose of sending and receiving SMS text messages to collect real-time feedback during SHARE Fort Worth (February 23-28, 2020). Your contact info will not be used in any other way or distributed to a third party.
