Notice from Chief Elections Inspector, James Vincent

In accordance with Bylaws Article 7.11 of SHARE Association, an online election for two Director-at-Large positions was conducted from 8:00 am Saturday, August 16, 2025 through 4:00 pm Wednesday, August 20, 2025 Eastern Time. A total of 100 Members cast ballots out of a total Membership of 1049 Members

Receiving no petitions by 6:00 pm, Friday, August 1, 2025, the following candidates were declared elected:

For Director at Large:  Frank Chu, Cole Software and Derek Powe, M&T Bank

We greatly appreciate the excellent support of the SHARE staff, particularly Joann DeNardis, and Shannon Wright.

I would like to thank the candidates for being willing to stand for and going through the agony and ecstasy of the election process; they are all winners to us.
