How do I register multiple team members?

When registering a group, the first person registered will be the primary contact. Once their registration is completed, there will be an ‘Additional People’ section prior to completion. Here you will be able to add additional people or modify existing registrations. When you add another person, it will take you back to step 1 where you can complete the form again. Do this each time for all your group members.

Who qualifies for the corporate group rate discount?

This rate is available for corporate members who are looking to purchase three or more corporate member registrations. This registration type is eligible for attendees who are not volunteers or speakers. Reach out to the registration team at registration@share.org for a discount code.

Are there discounts for speakers?

Speakers at SHARE Pittsburgh receive a discounted option for a full conference registration or the option to select a complimentary one-day registration. Discounts are only available to the primary speaker for a session. Speakers must complete their speaker agreement before receiving access to the discounted speaker rate.

How do I register for the SHARE Blueprint event?

SHARE Blueprint registration is available at the same link as the SHARE Pittsburgh registration. If you are looking to just attend the Blueprint event, use the Blueprint only option on the first step of registration. If you want to add it to your SHARE Pittsburgh registration, you’ll do that as part of the add-on section of the registration form

How do I purchase a guest pass?

A guest pass can be purchased on the Guest Registration part of the registration form.

Do I need to register for Lunch & Learns (LNL)? 

Pre-registration for Lunch & Learn sessions is not required, and all are welcome to attend! Lunch & Learn sessions will be held from noon-1 p.m. on Monday and noon-1 p.m. on Thursday. Please note that if you do choose to attend an LNL session, your information will be shared with the session sponsor.

Can I make updates or changes to my registration?

Yes, you will create a password when you start the registration process. This can be used to log back in to make changes and modify your registration.

What is the cancellation policy?

All registration cancellations must be made in writing via email. Should you need to cancel your event registration, you may choose one of the following options:

  1. Receive a refund minus a $200 (USD) administration fee if your cancellation is received on or before Thursday, July 9, 2026. Refunds will be issued within 30 business days after the SHARE event concludes. Guest registration or onsite event registration is non-refundable. No refunds will be given after July 9, 2026.
  2. Substitute an alternate participant at no additional charge. Arrangements for substitution must be made with SHARE Association no later than Aug. 10, 2026.
