Important Notice About Safety Protocols
The health and safety of our SHARE attendees remains our top priority as we begin to meet again in person in Dallas, TX. We are making preparations to hold the 2022 Winter Conference in accordance with currently applicable national government and local authority guidance, as well as working with the venue to ensure the highest standards of safety, hygiene, cleanliness and operational effectiveness for all participants. By registering for the event, you agree to comply with all safety protocols announced by SHARE prior to or during the event.

Member: Individual registrations include full access to the SHARE event including all session proceedings and select recordings.
Non-Member: Individual registrations include full access to the SHARE event including all session proceedings and select recordings.
Speaker/Volunteer: Discounted registration options are available to individuals who are speaking or are in a volunteer position with SHARE.
Student: Full-time students are eligible to register at no cost. Students must provide a copy of their current class schedule showing 12 or more credit hours and a valid student ID card.
Virtual Access Pass: Individual registrations include select technical session livestreams and recordings.
Policies and Additional Information
Payment Information: Credit card payments will be posted to your account upon receipt of your registration. Payment must be received before a badge can be issued.
Cancellation Policy: All registration cancellations must be made in writing via email. Should you need to cancel your event registration, you may choose one of the following options:
- Receive a refund minus a $200 (USD) administration fee if your cancellation is received on or before February 1, 2022. Refunds will be issued within 30 business days after the SHARE event concludes. Guest registration or onsite event registration is non-refundable. No refunds will be given after February 1, 2022.
- Substitute an alternate participant at no additional charge. Arrangements for substitution must be made with SHARE Association no later than March 18, 2022.
Confirmations: Confirmations will be sent via email upon receipt of registration form and payment.
Proceedings Download: All attendees will have access to the event proceedings, including the full download, following the event
Photography: By participating at the SHARE event you acknowledge that your name and apperance in event photography may be used by SHARE in advertising and promotional materials. Participants shall receive no compensation for their appearance in any materials.

- Click "Proceed to Registration"
- Log into your SHARE account
- Forgot your password? Click "Reset Password"
- Don’t have an account? Click "Join Our Community Now" or click "Create an Account"
- Proceed answering all the required registration questions and click "Continue"
- Enter a discount/promotion code (if applicable) and then click "Apply"
- If not, just review your information and click "Checkout"
- Add your credit card information to submit payment, or click "Bill Me to Pay Later" or via "Check/wire/ach at a Later Date"
- Click "Submit Your Order"
- You will receive a confirmation email to the email address on your account
