One Day or One Week — SHARE Gives You Options
SHARE provides flexible registration options to maximize your learning experience in the time you have available. See below for more information on the types of registration offered to SHARE attendees.
Member: Individual registrations include full access to SHARE, starting with the first reception on Sunday evening and ending Friday afternoon.
Non-Member: Individual registrations include full access to SHARE, starting with the first reception on Sunday evening and ending Friday afternoon. Non-member registration also includes a SHARE corporate membership.
Speaker: Registrations are available to individuals who are speaking and wish to attend the remainder of the week. This option includes full access to the SHARE event, starting with the first reception on Sunday evening and ending Friday afternoon.
Faculty: Academic faculty are eligible to full-week registration for $800. In order to be eligible for this discount, you must be an active instructor at your place of employment. Please submit a copy of your faculty ID.
Student: Full-time students are eligible to register for as low as $300 for the week or $100 for a one-day pass. Students must fax a copy of their current class schedule showing 12 or more credit hours and a valid student ID card.
One-Day Badges: This option is available to both members and non-members. These badges are non-refundable and cannot be purchased for more than two days of attendance at the SHARE event.
SHARE Academy: SHARE Academy offers a full day of education to kick off the SHARE week and is designed for attendees to immerse themselves in one, specific topic area. (Note: SHARE Academy is also available as an add-on to individual full week registrations.)
Passport to Education: This bundle of five Full Event Member Individual registrations is good for two years from date of purchase, and can be used for all events brought to you by SHARE. This program is non-refundable. Please contact SHARE Headquarters at 888.574.2735 for details.
Full Event Member Company Badges: Company badges may be purchased by a member company that wishes to send multiple staff members from the same organization to attend sessions throughout the week. This badge type includes full access to SHARE. Only one individual may use the badge at a time. Specific pick-up/drop-off instructions for the company badge should be arranged among your group prior to arrival. Event add-ons are not included.
SHARE Live!: This option is designed for individuals who are unable to attend the event in-person. SHARE Live! features live access via webcast to select content on each day of the full event. A full list of SHARE Live! sessions will be available closer to San Antonio. (Note: SHARE Live! is also available as an add-on to individual full week registrations.)
Proceedings Download: Event proceedings will be available for purchase after the event. All Full Event attendees receive a complimentary proceedings download as part of their registration.
Guest Badges: Include a continental breakfast Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m., and entrance to the evening receptions. The badge costs $100 and is non-refundable. Guest badges may be purchased by guests of Full Event attendees only. You must be 21 or over to attend the evening receptions.
General Registration Information
Registration Deadlines: In order to qualify for early registration rates, registration forms and payment must arrive at SHARE Headquarters or be postmarked on or before January 15, 2016. Advance registration (mailed or faxed forms) ends January 15, 2016. Forms received after January 15 will not be processed and attendees will be required to register online or on-site. On-site registration fees are those fees reflected as the regular rate and will be available for all registration types. Replacement badges will be issued for a fee per badge and are non-refundable.
Payment Information: There are no pre-registered / non-paid registrations. Please do not mail forms and payment separately. Credit card payments will be posted to your account upon receipt of your registration. A single check may be used for more than one registrant; however, all forms MUST be included with the check. Payment must be received before a badge can be issued.
Cancellation Policies: All registration cancellations must be made in writing via mail, fax or email. Should you need to cancel your event registration, you may choose one of the following options:
- Transfer your registration to SHARE’s 2016 summer event at no additional charge. All requests for transfer must be received no later than January 15, 2016.
- Substitute an alternate participant at no additional charge. Arrangements for substitution must be made with SHARE Headquarters no later than March 3, 2016.
- Receive a refund minus a $200 (USD) administration fee if your cancellation is received or postmarked on or before January 15, 2016. Refunds will be issued within 30 business days after the SHARE event concludes.
Guest registration or on-site event registration is non-refundable.
Confirmations: Confirmations will be sent via email upon receipt of registration form and payment.
By participating at SHARE in San Antonio, you acknowledge that you may be photographed, videotaped, or audio-taped in connection with SHARE activities. By submitting this registration form, you agree that SHARE is the sole owner of all rights in and to the resulting photographs, video footage, and recordings, for all purposes relating to SHARE’s business. Your name and likeness may be used by SHARE in advertising and promotional materials. Participants shall receive no compensation for appearance in any materials.
