SHARE Mobile App
Use the SHARE Mobile App as a tool to build your schedule by adding sessions to your "My Sessions," export your schedule to your Outlook calendar and automatically sync your schedule to your mobile device.
In order to have your schedule sync between your app and desktop, you must create a profile within the SHARE Desktop Scheduler. Click here to create a profile.
Already downloaded the app during the San Jose event? No need to download anything else! The SHARE Providence event should appear on your app home screen.

Plan Your Week Using the Scheduling Feature
- Search sessions by keyword, date or track
- When you find a session you want to attend, click the star icon to the right of the name to add the session to "My Sessions"
- Keep track of the sessions you are interested in and have selected by visiting the "My Sessions" tab
- Click "Export to Outlook" to add your favorite sessions to your Outlook calendar
