Like many of you, I've invested a lot of my career in this industry. From its inception, one of the key purposes of SHARE was to influence the direction of the enterprise technology ecosystem. We found that by combining our voices, we got a little louder.
More than 1,300 attendees registered and headed to Cowtown for SHARE Fort Worth (Feb. 23-28). Attendees heard the latest scoop on IBM z15 and a variety of other hot topics in enterprise IT.
In the session, Transforming Z Applications with APIs, CI/CD and Modern Languages, SHARE Phoenix Best Session winner Keith Wilson, technical architect at USAA, laid out USAA’s journey in transforming its critical enterprise applications running on the Z platform to participate in its API ecosystem.
In part one of this SHARE anniversary series, the history of the association is covered. One thing that remains rooted is the motto: “SHARE: it’s not an acronym, it’s what we do.”
SHARE Fort Worth is here and I couldn’t be more excited! My name is Annette Brooks and I have the great joy of serving as the IBM Liaison to the SHARE Board. In this role, I assist in the strategic planning and direction for SHARE and its partnership with IBM.
