NOTE: Once you complete the Join process successfully, you will receive an email with your login information which is needed to complete the registration process.
To qualify for early registration rates, registration must be completed on or before June 19, 2020, as early bird registration ends June 19, 2020.
There are no pre-registered/non-paid registrations.
- Paying by Credit Card: Payments will be posted to your account upon receipt of your registration.
- Paying by Check: All forms MUST be included with the check. Payment must be received before a badge can be issued. A single check may be used for more than one registrant.

You can view or update your add-ons at any time. To do so, please follow the steps below.
- Login to your registration record and select “View Your Registration Details” under “Already Registered”
- Click “My Options”
- Click “Add Additional Options” to add or click “View” to see the details of an add-on you have already selected
Confirmation will be sent via e-mail upon receipt of registration form and payment.
All registration cancellations must be made in writing via mail, or e-mail. Should you need to cancel your event registration, you may choose one of the following options:
- Receive a refund minus a $200 (USD) administration fee if your cancellation is received or postmarked on or before June 19, 2020. Refunds will be issued within 30 business days after the SHARE event concludes. Guest registration or onsite event registration is non-refundable.
- Transfer your registration to SHARE's 2021 winter event at no additional charge. All requests for transfer must be received no later than June 19, 2020.
- Substitute an alternate participant at no additional charge. Arrangements for substitution must be made with SHARE Association no later than August 2, 2020.
