662 BYOD Configuring a System Using a YAML Model

One of the efforts that IBM is working on, is to move from editing configuration files directly to editing YAML files and using automation to create Parmlib members. This will not only make the configuration process easier and less error prone, it removes the user from the underlying file infrastructure. This creates an opportunity for greater flexibility over time. How would this work? What would it be like to perform these activities? Will it create the members correctly?
