Proceed to Registration

For a limited time, you can bundle event registration with SHARE’s individual membership (value $199) at a special discounted rate of $179. Learn more about the individual membership benefits. This bundle will be available as an add on when individuals register.

Once purchased, membership renews on January 1, 2025 at the normal $199 fee.

BONUS! Win 2 Tickets to Universal Studios

Win two, one-day passes to Universal Studios for Sunday, March 3 when you register by the early bird deadline (January 5), and become an individual member.

To be entered to win the raffle for Universal tickets, attendees must register by the Jan. 5 early bird deadline and be an individual member. You must either have signed up as an individual member prior or use the add on when you register to become one. The theme park tickets will be for use only on Sunday, March 3, 2024. A winner will be notified Monday, Jan. 8.


Registration Categories

Non-Member: Individual registrations include full access to the SHARE event including all session proceedings and select recordings.

Speaker/Volunteer: Discounted registration options are available to individuals who are speaking or are in a volunteer position with SHARE. 

Student: Full-time students are eligible to register at no cost. Students must provide a copy of their current class schedule showing 12 or more credit hours and a valid student ID card.

*Guest: Guest pass purchases are only available as an add-on to a paid member registration and are for spouses, significant others or partners. Guest passes are eligible for the following events during the SHARE event (when available and subject to change):

  • Opening reception
  • STE reception(s)
  • Closing/happy hour reception
  • Broadcom lunch
  • Guest passes will receive three (3) $25 breakfast vouchers (no cash value for remaining balance, may not be transferred, may not be combined and only applicable for breakfast

Policies and Additional Information

Payment Information: Credit card payments will be posted to your account upon receipt of your registration. Payment must be received before a badge can be issued.

Cancellation Policy: All registration cancellations must be made in writing via email. Should you need to cancel your event registration, you may choose one of the following options:

  1. Receive a refund minus a $200 (USD) administration fee if your cancellation is received on or before February 2, 2024. Refunds will be issued within 30 business days after the SHARE event concludes. Guest registration or onsite event registration is non-refundable. No refunds will be given after February 2, 2024. 
  2. Substitute an alternate participant at no additional charge. Arrangements for substitution must be made with SHARE Association no later than March 1, 2024.

Confirmations: Confirmations will be sent via email upon receipt of registration form and payment.

Proceedings Download: All attendees will have access to the event proceedings, including the full download, following the event

Photography: By participating at the SHARE event you acknowledge that your name and apperance in event photography may be used by SHARE in advertising and promotional materials. Participants shall receive no compensation for their appearance in any materials.

  • Go to https://www.share.org/
  • Hover over "Events" and click "Registration"
  • Review registration options, policies, and other additional event information necessary
  • Click "Proceed to Registration"
  • Log into your SHARE account
    • Forgot your password? Click "Reset Password"
    • Don’t have an account? Click "Join Our Community Now" or click "Create an Account"
  • Proceed answering all the required registration questions and click "Continue"
  • Enter a discount/promotion code (if applicable) and then click "Apply"
    • If not, just review your information and click "Checkout"
  • Add your credit card information to submit payment, or click "Bill Me to Pay Later" or via "Check/wire/ach at a Later Date"
  • Click "Submit Your Order"
  • You will receive a confirmation email to the email address on your account
