SHARE will allow your company to host one breakfast and one lunch session at each SHARE conference. These sessions enable vendors to educate SHARE attendees on new product and service offerings. Alliance Vendors are responsible for food and beverage service for lunch n learns and/or breakfast n learns. Additional audio-visual requirements, outside of standard session room set, are available at an additional cost. Meals are not included in SHARE conference registration so this is an excellent way for you to connect with attendees. Sessions are limited in duration as not to conflict with the SHARE technical program. Alliance Vendors must exhibit at SHARE in order to be eligible for this offer. Includes one e-mail, sent by SHARE, to pre-registered attendees prior to conference to promote all Alliance Vendor Lunch/Breakfast 'n Learn session(s). |
| SHARE "Alliance Vendor Day" | $5,000 | SHARE will allow your company to host a co-located event one day Saturday before or Friday/Saturday after each SHARE conference. The Alliance Vendor Day may be used to invite your prospects to see a live demonstration of your product, invite your clients in for a one-day product user group meeting or even an internal regional sales team meeting. It’s up to you! SHARE requests that you market the SHARE conference to your invitees so these users can experience the best of what both organizations have to offer. SHARE will provide one meeting room for a full day, subject to availability. Alliance Vendors must exhibit at the SHARE conference in order to be eligible for this offer. Food & beverage and audio visual equipment are available for an additional cost. |
| Alliance Vendor Onsite Focus Group |
$2,500 | Alliance Vendors can invite a group of conference attendees (who have opted to receive vendor communications) to onsite focus groups for each conference. SHARE will either manage an electronic promotion or a direct mail. Subject to approval by SHARE, shipping and handling costs of the mailing are to be covered by the Alliance Vendor. Alliance Vendors must exhibit at the SHARE conference(s) in order to be eligible for this offer. Focus Groups intent must be received by SHARE 40 days in advance of the conference. At that time, a room and a time slot assignment will be made upon availability. Standard audio visual equipment is provided; additional audio visual requirements are available for an additional cost. |
