SHARE Aligns with IBM Business Partners MSI and Logicalis on Bring 'Em to Boston promotion

SHARE is pleased to celebrate our Golden Anniversary - the first for any IT professionals' organization - with a celebration of our most valuable resource: YOU, our loyal members. The Bring ‘Em to Boston Promotion co-sponsored by MSI Systems Integrators and Logicalis works like this: If you have attended a SHARE User Event since Summer 2002 and you register for our Summer 2005 event in Boston, you are eligible to participate.

You are eligible to win if you bring a first-time attendee or previous SHARE User Event attendee who has not attended since Summer 2002 to the SHARE User Events in Boston.

All those who "Bring 'Em to Boston" will be entered to win one of three fantastic grand prizes! The details of these prizes will be revealed on this page leading up to the conference.

All Bring 'Em to Boston participants will automatically WIN a special PRIZE.

• If you are an attendee who has referred a new attendee, you will receive an official MSI Systems Integrators and Logicalis Bring ‘Em to Boston Promotional windbreaker.*
• If you are a new attendee who has been referred, you will receive an official MSI Systems Integrators and Logicalis Bring ‘Em to Boston Promotional t-shirt.**

*Windbreakers will be available in large (L) and extra-large (XL) and will be distributed at registration in Boston on a first-come, first-served basis. One windbreaker per person.

**T-shirts will be available in extra-large (XL) only, and will also distributed at registration in Boston. One T-shirt per person.

How to participate:

1. Register to attend the SHARE User Event in Boston (Summer 2005)
2. Encourage colleagues who have never attended SHARE or have not attended since Summer 2002 to register for the SHARE User Events in Boston.
• On their registration form, they must enter BB1 as their promotional code and include your 8-digit confirmation number (denoted in your registration confirmation email) in the "Referred by" field. (PLEASE NOTE: These steps must be completed for you to receive credit for bringing these attendees to Boston).
3. Attendees and referred attendees may pick up participant prizes (windbreakers or t-shirts) at the registration area in Boston.
4. Watch for details on the grand prize drawings that will take place during the SHARE User Events from August 21-26 in Boston.

About the Bring 'Em to Boston Promotion
This promotion is a giveaway, not a raffle. No additional purchase is necessary. Eligibility is limited to individuals who: (1) are a paid attendee of SHARE’s 2005 summer User Events in Boston; (2) was a paid attendee of any SHARE User Event in years 2002, 2003 or 2004; and (3) is nominated by a New Registrant of the 2005 summer User Events as being a referral for his/her attendance. For clarity, all persons meeting all three requirements are called “Eligible Referring Attendee”. “New Registrant” is defined as any paid attendee to the 2005 summer User Events who has not attended a SHARE semi-annual conference since August 2002 or before. Every New Registrant will have the opportunity to nominate one Eligible Referring Attendee for this giveaway. Every nominated Eligible Referring Attendee will be placed in a drawing to win the giveaway prizes. If an Eligible Referring Attendee is nominated multiple times, his/her name will be placed in the giveaway drawing an equal number of times. However, multiple prizes will not be awarded to a single Eligible Referring Attendee. If an Eligible Referring Attendee’s name is drawn for one prize, that individual will lose eligibility for any remaining prizes in the giveaway drawing. Eligible Referring Attendees do not need to be present at the drawing to win. Chances of winning a giveaway prize is based upon the number of Eligible Referring Attendees nominated for the giveaway. Winners are solely responsible for all taxes and fees (of any kind) which may be associated with their giveaway prizes.
