SHARE Evening Receptions

Network with other attendees at the nightly SHARE Evening Receptions held Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday's evening receptions will be held in the Back Bay Ballroom of the Sheraton Boston Hotel (39 Dalton Street). Monday's evening reception will be held in the Grand Ballroom of the Sheraton Boston Hotel.

SHARE Meet the Projects Evening Reception: Sunday, 7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Join fellow attendees at a reception to learn more about the projects at the SHARE User Events and the technical program that will be delivered during the week. Technical sessions at the SHARE User Events are organized by Projects. Meet the volunteers who decide what sessions and speakers will be featured at the conference from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. Find out about their area of interest and the highlights for the coming week. Upon entering the reception, you will receive a game card. Stop by enough Projects’ tables and you will be entered into a prize drawing to win gift certificates to the SHARE Book/Merchandise Store. Network with fellow attendees from 8:00 - 10:00 p.m.

SHARE Welcome Reception & 50th Anniversary Celebration: Monday, 7:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Welcome to the SHARE User Events! Join us Monday evening for a welcome reception for all registered attendees and guests. Network with colleagues and engage in discussions in your interest area. SHARE President Robert Rosen will address all attendees with a welcome message from 7:00 - 7:15 p.m. A champagne toast and a 50th anniversary cake will be served at 7:15 p.m.

SHARE Peer Networking Reception: Wednesday, 7:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Enhance your knowledge pursuit by attending this peer networking reception. All registered attendees and guests are invited to attend.

SHARE Farewell Evening Reception (SCIDS): Thursday, 7:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
Celebrate the SHARE culture with fellow attendees, SHARE volunteers (ribbon wearers), and speakers. See a preview of SHARE's next fifty years, and don't miss the annual Sing-a-Long! A final 50th anniversary cake will be served at 8:30 p.m. and the JES2 Sing-a-Long will be held from 10:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. The Bring 'Em to Boston Third Grand Prize Drawing will be held at 7:15 p.m.
