Silicon Valley Tour

SHARE will offer transportation for up to 200 people to the Silicon Valley Labs. Lab tours will include a tour of the primary data center, executive briefing center, user centered design center, a typical office, exercise facilities, cafeteria, etc. and will last approximately 30 minutes. IBM product representatives will be strategically located so that visitors will have opportunities to network with developers from Rational, Content Management and pureQuery in addition to DB2, IMS, DFSMS and Storage Systems.

Attendees interested in visiting the Silicon Valley Labs should stop by SHARE Headquarters once onsite in San Jose to pick up a ticket. Tickets are available in SHARE Headquarters on Monday, August 11 and Tuesday, August 12 from 10:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Please note that tickets are available on a first come, first served basis.

Computer History Museum

The Computer History Museum was formally established as a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization in 1999. The Museum is dedicated to the preservation and celebration of computing history. It is home to one of the largest international collections of computing artifacts in the world, encompassing computer hardware, ephemera, photographs, moving images, documents and software.
